ABOUT

12-Week Development cycle

At Player Lab, every session is part of a bigger development plan, not just a collection of random drills. Our soccer training runs on a continuous 12-week cycle, with each phase focused on a specific technical area of the game.

Players can join at any point in the cycle and immediately jump into training. Wherever they start, they’ll be working on the current focus alongside the rest of the group.

A project timeline with three sections: W7-8 for speed reaction and awareness, W9-10 for finishing, and W11-12 for group play.

repetition, consistency, and Progression

Each phase is intentionally repeated across multiple sessions to maximize ball contact, confidence, and mastery through high-volume repetition. The more a movement is repeated correctly, the stronger the neural connections become. When that happens, players are free to focus on game awareness, strategy, and decision-making.

technical mASTERY

Rooted in the Coerver Method, The Player Lab methodology is grounded in high-repetition soccer training with maximum ball contact and individualized coaching.

Each player is assessed individually, supported with honest feedback from our qualified coaches, and provided with a clear roadmap for improvement.
